The harm of welding fume
Welding has been widely used in the field of metal processing.
And the welding process produces a lot of smoke and fume.
Welding fume can irritate the eyes and respiratory system, causing coughing, eye irritation and other physiological stimuli.
It is generally believed that particles with aerodynamic force diameter less than 7 microns can enter deep lung and permanently reside in the lung, which may cause chronic lung diseases such as pneumoconiosis.
If there is no fume removal device or the fume removal effect is not good, welding fume will seriously pollute the working environment and endangers the health of workers.

Aiming at the characteristics of small smoke and fume particles, large body size and long suction duct of laser cutting machine, Qingdao Power Space specially developed LW1201 series products for welding fume extraction. This series of fume extractor is equipped with high efficiency fan, high quality nano flame retardant filter material, spark catcher, etc., and is equipped with high efficiency pulse automatic back blow cleaning system, which can effectively remove the dust blocked on the filter cartridge, make the fume extractor run for a long time and prolong the service life of the filter cartridge.
