Product Description

Laser technology has been widely used in the field of metal plate cutting.
Laser cutting is a kind of cutting method that using high-density Energy Laser irradiation to make the material heating and melting (evaporation) for cutting.
When Laser cutting machine is cutting work pieces, because auxiliary gas and laser beam coaxial injected, so the cutting process produces a lot of smoke and fume.

The harm of laser&plasma cutting fume
Laser cutting produces a mixture of very fine particles of smoke or aerosol, usually only a few microns, which can irritate the eyes and respiratory system, causing coughing, eye irritation and other physiological stimuli.
It is generally believed that particles with aerodynamic force diameter less than 7 microns can enter deep lung and permanently reside in the lung, which may cause chronic lung diseases such as pneumoconiosis.
If there is no fume removal device or the fume removal effect is not good, cutting fume not only pollutes the cutting head of precision parts, affects its life and stability, but also seriously pollutes the working environment and endangers the health of workers.

This series of fume extractor is equipped with high efficiency fan, high quality nano flame retardant filter material, spark catcher, thickening metal fireproof net, etc., and is equipped with high efficiency pulse automatic back blow cleaning system, which can effectively remove the dust blocked on the filter cartridge, make the fume extractor run for a long time and prolong the service life of the filter cartridge.
More compact flow path design concept, so that the product fume extracting performance is good, small volume, low noise and high safety performance, which can help metal processing customers to better solve the problem of dust pollution in laser cutting/welding process.
